Mr. Dye is a third generation Arizonan who earned his undergraduate degree from University of Arizona and his law degree from University of Arizona College of Law. In his senior year at the U of A, Mr. Dye was selected to Bobcats, an honorary society limited to thirteen senior men. Bobcats performs charitable services and is responsible for the Homecoming festivities at the University. In his first year of law school, Mr. Dye won the moot court trial competition. He graduated from law school in 1968 and was admitted to the Arizona Bar in September of that year. He is also admitted to the United States Federal District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Dye is a member of the International Legal Fraternity Phi Delta Phi. After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Arizona State Bar he established his own firm in Tucson and won his first jury trial four months into his practice. Mr. Dye later relocated to the Phoenix area, and has since always been a sole practitioner concentrating in Arizona real estate law and real estate litigation. Mr. Dye brings a wealth of experience to his practice. He has been actively involved in real estate since 1969 as both an Arizona real estate attorney and real estate broker.
